Shipping & Delivery
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding
public holidays. Most orders are processed within
1-2 business days of purchase confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with
tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from distribution
centers located within the United States.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with
your tracking number. You can track your order at any
time via our Track Order page or directly on the
carrier's website (USPS, UPS).
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows,
delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Carrier delays outside our control
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
- Payment verification requirements
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days
of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at
info@velvetsource.com and we will investigate promptly.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at
checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered
to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an
error after placing your order, contact us immediately
at info@velvetsource.com — we will do our best to
update it before dispatch.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not
received your package, please contact us within 5
business days of the marked delivery date. We will
work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
