Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after 
receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, 
unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals 
intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of personal care and beauty 
products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or 
used items unless the product is defective or damaged 
upon arrival.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at info@velvetsource.com with your order 
number and reason for return. Do not send items back 
without contacting us first — unrequested returns will 
not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, 
contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a 
replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including 
return shipping.

CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS
If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to 
defects (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for 
the cost of return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will 
notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. 
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original 
payment method within 5 business days. Processing time 
may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorization

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the original and place a 
new order once the return is approved.
